Just discovered your blog after a little bird told me about it. Everything looks so yummy. While I'm not ready to give up meat yet I am always on the lookout for healthier food, as well as dairy free ideas due to kiddo's allergy. Hope you have a wonderful birthday (your husband's hack was sweet).

Elisa, you (and your sisters) will always be one of "the buffalo girls". I drove out past your old house this week and the song just started playing in my head! haha! This is such a fun blog and although I am not a full time veggie-saurus, I like to try out new foods. =) I hope you have a great birthday...and you have such a great, supportive husband.

Elisa! I look forward to each of your posts! I love the idea of expanding my menu! I also love that there are ways to alter my favorite recipes into vegan! It makes the idea of switching much more palatable! I'm not quite ready to make the transition "cold tofurkey," but it will help wean me off of that meat stuff.
